Hugo Rossi

Hugo Rossi

Lawyer, Magda Cum Laude, PostGraduate in Business and Economic Law.

From 2015 to 2019 he was appointed Undersecretary of Political Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture of Argentina. He coordinated the Ministry’s public policies with the National Government and Congressand intermediate institutions at the federal level as well as the governments and legislatures of the provinces and municipalities. Ran the Integrated Risk Management in the Rural Agroindustrial System Project with the World Bank and the National Agricultural Emergencies and Disaster System and compensation fund. Represented the Ministry’s in the negotiating and voting of the salaries and working conditions of more than two hundred rural activities throughout the country in the Rural Employment National Commission, with the Rural Worker’s Union and the Farmer’s organizations.

He assists clients as a general lawyer in different economic sectors. Performed as family attorney with a vast experience in negotiation and transactional work also including corporate and labor law matters. Litigation experience in the City and the Buenos Aires province courts’. Advised companies listed in the Chamber of Commerce of Buenos Aires and the Comision Nacional de Valores (CNV) as well as Fintech companies. Assists companies and intermediate institutions, chambers and NGO’s in their public matters and relations with National, provincial and Municipal Governments and the National Congress and local legislatures. Performs pro bono work for NGO’s.

Performed as a special advisor to the presidency of the Agricultural and Cattle, and the Environmental Commissions in the Chamber of Representatives.

She has vast experience in negotiations and litigation in all matters relating to divorce, parental responsibility, communication regime, alimony payments, intestate and testate succession.

Assists companies in their relationship with the regulatory authorities of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Constanza Cassino

Constanza Cassino

Constanza is a lawyer, PhD candidate in Legal Sciences (UCA). Postgraduate in Economic Administrative Law (UCA). I + E scholarship to participate in the Public-Private Collaboration course and analysis of public policies at Harvard University.

Constanza is specialized in Administrative Economic Law. Public Law.

Between the years 2015. 2019 she advised the Minister of Modernization - National Government- in matters of public contracts and implementation of public policies related to modernization, digital transformation and public innovation. She was Judicial Litigation Manager at Nación Fideicomiso S.A., and advisor in the Ministry of Production.

Associate at Klein & Franco where she developed her private practice specialized in matters of public and regulatory law with clients of the Firm, whom she advised on national and international public tenders, providing solutions for the participation of clients in these administrative procedures.

Senior Lawyer at Beccar Varela where she was specialized in advise, design and develop of general legal solutions, whose clients highlighted her ability to design and develop public contracts and to support the development of infrastructure projects, energy, gas, and other public services.

She has been recognized by Chambers & Partners, the British publication which mentioned her colleagues highlight her ability to create, design and draft public contracts.

Santiago Cardona

Santiago Cardona

An attorney graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires, who holds a Master's Degree in Business Law from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico) and a Six Sigma certification obtained in the United States.

From 2012 to 2020, he worked at DuPont holding several positions until becoming the Head of Legal and Government Affairs for the Southern Cone. Also, from 2016 to 2019, he was transferred to Mexico where he acquired international experience as Manager of Legal and Corporate Affairs.

As legal responsible for Mexico & Southern Cone, he provided advice to the Agriculture, Nutrition and Health, Advanced Materials, Safety, Construction, and Electronics and Communication business units. He has wide experience negotiating highly complex agreements in Latin America. He led several M&A processes, the most representative being that involving DuPont and Dow Chemical in 2019 and the disinvestment of the Crop Protection agricultural business. He also led the separation process of the Sustainable Solution business at the regional level. He designed and managed processes aimed to improve the management of legal risks and compliance both in the Southern Cone and in Mexico. He was the attorney responsible for providing advice on Data Privacy for Latin America. He was a member of the company’s leadership teams both in Mexico and in the Southern Cone. He participated in projects for the operational sustainability of the productive plants.

He also has experience in complex labor, customs and tax lawsuits as he provided support to the internal areas of Human Resources, Controllership and Foreign Trade, among others.

Prior to its corporate experience, he worked 10 years at law firms, the last one being the firm Baker & McKenzie (Argentina) where he worked in the corporate area and provided corporate and company advice and also drafted civil and commercial agreements for clients in different industries.
